The twin eight- story buildings of Dai-ichi Hotel Saipan Beach are located on more than 30 thousand square meters of ocean front property overlooking Saipan lagoon and a magnificent sunset view. Dai Ichi Saipan Beach Hotel is located in Garapan, Saipan's busiest business area. Garapan hosts the largest amount of retail stores for shopping in Saipan. Garapan is also famous for the white sandy beaches of Micro Beach, for windsurfing, American Memorial Park, and other attractions. All locations are within 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel.
Each of Dai-ichi Hotel Saipan Beach's 425 rooms are spacious, with balconies that allow guests views of either the ocean front or of the tourist area of Garapan.
