<b>Location.</b> Located in the residential area of the historic University District, the Admiral Bed and Breakfast is 19 miles from the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, in Seattle, Wash. Engulfed by sparkling lakes, mountains and forests of evergreens, Seattle is a city of shimmering skyscrapers and endless recreational opportunities. Hikers, mountain bikers, anglers and campers flock here in the spring, summer and fall. For winter sport enthusiasts, several ski and snowboard areas exist less than 50 miles to the east, in the Cascade Range. Boating is extremely popular, with everything from extravagant yachts to sea kayaks gliding through the bays. The nightlife is exhilarating and clubs are abundant. There is also a large number of coffee shops.<br><b>Hotel Features.</b> The inn is a Victorian house with a furnished front porch and a private English-style garden, both intended to encourage guests to unwind with a book or a cup of tea. Four miles from the inn, this brainchild of Microsoft cofounder Paul Allen and Frank Gehry, features many interactive exhibits and regular concerts.
