The guest accommodations are equipped with an extended range of amenities. Standard one bedrooms have one king bed in the bedroom, a hide-a-bed, full kitchen, and gas fireplace. The Grey Gull has a heated, outdoor pool, warmed up to 90 degrees, and a 104-degree, outdoor, hot tub. Both are open year round, weather permitting. There is an indoor sauna, as well.
