A full American cuisine breakfast is served every morning in the intimate dining room that is decorated in colors and designs of the former century. Guests may also have breakfast in bed if desired. Guests can have afternoon tea or coffee on the outdoor sundeck to relax. The menu for dinner is ever changing and reflects seasonal ingredients and fresh local products. Also enjoy the complimentary dessert with the dinner. Take a stroll through the gardens, soak in the hot tub/whirlpool, or take a swim in one of the nearby pools, which includes a poolside bar. Rent a bike and take a tour of the town or cozy up by the inn's fireplace on those cold nights. A shuttle service is available for guests.

Right next to the inn is a artist whose glass creations are nationally renowned. Just behind the inn is the gurgling Ottauquechee River which poses for some laid back fun or relaxation. Located in the heart of the Green Mountains, Quechee is an environmental haven with sparkling lakes and streams for canoeing, swimming and fishing, and lush forest valleys for hiking, biking, cross-country and alpine skiing, and horseback riding. Just two miles away, the Quechee Gorge is a geological wonder with the Ottauquechee River flowing 165 feet below the look out point on the Route 4 Bridge. The view is breathtaking in every season and a spectacular opportunity for hikers and photographers. Guests of Parker House Inn can enjoy full club privileges at the Quechee Club whose two 18 hole gol courses rate among the top five in the state. 1792 Quechee Main Street, Quechee, VT - From West Lebanon Airport: Take I-89 north and exit at #1 (first exit after I-89/I-91). Turn left at bottom of ramp onto Route 4. Proceed approximately 5 miles to blinking yellow light. Turn right at blinking light. Turn left at next stop sign. The inn is the 3rd building on the left. Please drive past the inn and park in the lot. |
