As the name indicates, The Combes Family Inn Bed and Breakfast, is a true family inn situated on a quiet country back road in the heart of Vermont's mountain and lake region. They invite guests to explore the 50 acres of rolling meadows and woods. This century old farm house has a lot of modern conveniences for guests of all ages such as a barbecue area, a game room, a movie library, and business services. Enjoy the spectacular views from the house or stroll along country back roads for a more adventurous evening. Guests can enjoy the full breakfast that is served in the mornings, and afternoon tea and coffee when they get the munchies. A three-course home cooked dinner is available by request. Mingle with other guests in the common library or sitting rooms, or enjoy their company while relaxing on the outdoor sundeck. On a cold night, warm up by the fireplace. There is also a fitness facility and a laundry facility nearby the inn. The inn does have live-in pets.
See the views of Vermont from every room. The Combes Family Inn houses 11 cozy, country inspired guest rooms with private baths. All the inn rooms are individually decorated with antiques, hand crafted needlework, antique floral prints and memorabilia. There are 6 rooms in the main farmhouse, 3 of which are suites for families with the majority having queen beds. Five units are attached to the main house; pets are allowed in these units. Every room has air-conditioning, alarm clock radio, and complimentary coffee.<br><br> ** This property requires a two night minimum stay for all Friday and Saturday arrivals.** |

The Combes Family Inn Bed and Breakfast and the town of Ludlow is ideally located within easy driving distances to surrounding historic Vermont towns: Weston, Grafton, Manchester, Chester, Plymouth, Woodstock, and Weston to name a few. The inn is located only minutes away from lakes and mountains that guests can go boating, fishing, hiking, kayaking, skiing, snowboarding, and snowmobiling on. Guests can also shop til they drop by visiting all the different kinds of stores including antique stores. Do some sightseeing of historic sites or relax in the park and watch the sunset. Visit the many galleries, restaurants, and theme attractions that are around the area. Also try golfing and horseback riding for adventures. |

953 East Lake Road, Ludlow, VT - From Manchester Airport: Take I-93 North to I-89 in Concord NH to NH Exit 9. Then take NH 103 West through Claremont to Vermont Route 131 West. Take a right onto Vermont Route 103 North through Ludlow and take a right on 100 North. Go 1/2 mile on 100 N and take a right turn onto East Lake Road and stay right of the road 1.8 miles to the inn. From Vermont 103 to the inn is about 27 miles. |
