The Vermont Inn is located on five acres in the Green Mountains with extensive gardens. This historic country inn is close to downhill and cross-country skiing, hiking on the Appalachian and Blue Ridge Mountain trails, PGA golf courses, numerous antique shops and the Norman Rockwell Museum.
The inviting living room has the original wood beams c. 1840, brick fireplace, gliding rockers and overstuffed furniture. The lounge features a handmade Vermont cherry-wood bar, wood stove and antique couches.

The highlight of the inn is the gourmet cuisine prepared by an award-winning chef. Everything is homemade, including the famous herb rolls and desserts. Four-course dinners are offered by a roaring fire in the huge fieldstone fireplace with beautiful mountain views. In the lounge, guests can choose from the extensive wine list or full bar, or just sip on an espresso or cappuccino. Every afternoon at 3, the innkeepers offer hot apple cider and freshly baked cookies. A complimentary full country breakfast is served each morning. An old-fashioned game room offers bumper pool, air hockey and every board game imaginable. There is also a sauna, hot tub in the winter, and tennis court, swimming pool and lawn games in the summer. The library and reading room upstairs offers peace and quiet.

Each room at the Vermont Inn is individually decorated with its own unique warm country look and feel. The queen rooms have either a four-poster or canopy bed. All rooms have private baths and some have fireplaces. There are no televisions or telephones in any of the rooms and the entire inn is non-smoking. Some rooms have a rocking chair, easy chair or loveseat. Wireless Internet access is available.

Enjoy the charm of this family run inn and its excellent New England and continental cuisine.
