<b>Location.</b> The condominiums and townhomes of ResortQuest Deer Valley are located on or within one block of a shuttle route in the Snow Park subdivision of Deer Valley. Each rental is also within one half-mile of the ski slopes at Deer Valley Resort, and less than one mile to shopping and dining at Park City's historic Main Street.<br><b>Hotel Features.</b> ResortQuest Deer Valley offers guests the privacy and space not found in a traditional hotel setting. On-site amenities include an outdoor sundeck and complimentary parking, oftentimes in the home's garage. The resort's complimentary shuttle service is the most convenient way to access the attractions of the city.<br><br><b>Guestrooms.</b> Each two-bedroom condo and townhome is privately-owned and is adorned with custom-designed furnishings and décor. Most feature a private hot tub (indoor or outdoor) and all feature a balcony and fireplace. Guests can prepare a hot meal in their fully equipped kitchens, which feature a refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, toaster, coffeemaker, and blender. All units include a washer and dryer, CD player, and cable television with VCR.<br><br><b>Expert Tip.</b> While these accommodations are closest to the Deer Valley Ski Resort, guests can also check out The Canyons, known for its sheer size and number of runs, or the Park City Mountain Resort, which features award-winning terrain parks and has downtown Park City nestled at its base.

Guests must check-in at 1245 Deer Valley, Park City, Utah <br> From Salt Lake City Int'l Airport:<br> Follow the exit signs out of the airport to Interstate 80 East, heading towards Cheyenne/Denver.<br> Continue on Interstate 80 East through Parley's Canyon until Exit 145 (Park City).<br> At the end of the ramp, turn right.<br> Follow Highway 224, which becomes Park Avenue, until reaching Deer Valley Drive.<br> |
