Property Info
Location. Modern luxury and local flavor are resurrected in Dallas' (Texas) Belmont Hotel. Originally built in 1946, it's been restored to reflect architect Charles Stevens Dilbeck's original vision of a boutique hotel overlooking downtown Dallas and the Trinity River Corridor. Nearby, guests can find the historic Sixth Floor Museum, enjoy a Dallas Mav's or Stars game at the American Airlines Center, or catch a concert at Nokia Live. Hotel Features. The Belmont Hotel greets guests with mid-century décor, second floor hospitality suites and BarBelmont - all located in the first of four distinctive buildings that compose the hotel. Here, guests can utilize an executive conference room for small groups, throw a party or mingle with friends. The music washes over visitors at BarBelmont, serving cocktails and versatile fare while providing lounge seating indoors and on an outdoor terrace showcasing panoramic view of Dallas' skyline.
A heated salt water pool and outdoor lounging lawn known as "The Green" offers a quiet getaway, and guests can disappear into the Health Club and Spa facilities (open Spring 2006). Valet parking is tucked behind the Hotel Belmont's sprawling, tranquil gardens, high-speed Internet is available throughout the grounds and a deluxe breakfast is served daily - all compliments of the hotel.
Guestrooms. The Hotel Belmont contains more than a dozen different guestroom configurations offering garden or city views. Amenities include designer toiletries and terry-lined robes, "Room Service on Wheels" delivering favorite neighborhood dining selections to guestrooms and flat panel televisions. Select suites include soaking tubs or private terrace, and all guestroom furniture is custom designed by local artisans.
Expert Tip. Traveling around the downtown Dallas area is made easier via the city's DART rail system with its major hub at Ross and St. Paul streets, and the M-Line trolley offers complimentary rides along Uptown Dallas' McKinney Avenue corridor.
