| Driving Directions
2788 Windfall Estates Drive, Sevierville, TN - From Chattanooga: Take I-75 North to Knoxville and then get onto I-40 East. Take I-40 East to Exit 407 (Hwy 66 South). Drive approximately 9 miles on Hwy 66 South to Sevierville. In Sevierville you will turn left onto Hwy 411 North (Dolly Parton Parkway). At approximately 2 miles you will see Sevier County High School on the left. There is a traffic light in front of the school. You will turn right at the next light, which is Hwy 416 South (approximately 1 mile past the school). Stay to the right onto Pittman Center Road when Old Newport Hwy turns sharply left. Drive approximately 2.3 miles on Hwy 416 South until you reach the Stop and Save Citgo Market on the right at Jayell Road. Turn right onto Jayell Road and go up over the hill. You will see the entrance to the resort on the right.<p> IMPORTANT: Guests must call the Customer Care Center at 800-627-7019 with Confirmation Number to receive information regarding check-in instructions and directions to the cabins.<br><br> Office hours are Monday - Friday 8 AM to 8 PM, Saturday 8 AM to 12 PM, and closed on Sundays. Call number above for after-hours instructions.<br><br> Checkout must be completed by 11 AM. There will be a $45 charge for any late checkout after 11 AM.<br><br> |
