From the North:
Follow I-75 North to Knoxville, take I-40 East to Exit 407.
Turn right onto Hwy 66, follow Hwy 66 it will turn into US 441-S.
Take US 441 into Gatlinburg, the Hotel is 1 Mile into town on the left.
