Opened in September 1999, the Gatlinburg Towers are one-half mile from downtown Gatlinburg and less than two miles from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. There are four world-famous museums within a mile of the Gatlinburg Towers, including Ripley's Believe It or Not, Guinness Book of World Records, Star Cars, and the World of Illusions.
