Built in 1927, the Alex Johnson Hotel was designed to reflect South Dakota's heritage by incorporating Native American art and symbols into a Germanic Tudor architecture that reflects the German immigration into the Dakotas. On- site dining at Landmark Restaurant features pheasant, buffalo and signature aged beef selections. Cocktails at Landmark Lounge or Paddy O'Neils Pub are enjoyed late nights, with the pub featuring video lottery and gaming.
