The Myrtle Beach International Airport is 14 miles away. <br> The Poindexter Oceanfront Resort features beach access, indoor and outdoor pools, a children's pool, outdoor spa tub and fitness room. Caroline's Café, affiliated with the resort and located across the street, serves light American fare. Guests can begin their day with a hot beverage from the coffee shop and end it with a book from the on-site library. Additional amenities include laundry facilities, business services, and a safe-deposit box at the 24-hour front desk. <br><br> The 285 guestrooms at the Poindexter Oceanfront Resort feature private balconies with ocean views, cable television, refrigerators and coffeemakers. A $5 key deposit per room key is required at check-in.<br><br> The minimum check-in age is 18, but any group under the age of 25 must pay a $400 security deposit (in the form of cash or travelers checks only) per unit at check-in. The deposit will be refunded via mail if guests check out prior to 8 a.m. If guests check out after 8 a.m., their deposit will be refunded at the front desk, provided the room has been inspected and the guests' contract has not been broken.<br><br> |
