While staying at the 1890s Victorian house, guests are steps away from restaurants, galleries and antique shops, including island beaches, the Newport Mansions from the gilded 1700s, Bannister's Wharf and Newport Bay, visible from windows of most of the guestrooms. The inn's staff is adept at hooking guests up with sunset sailing cruises on the bay or dispensing tips on area restaurants that serve such regional cuisine as authentic New England clam chowder.

From TF Green Airport:
Take I-95 South to Exit 9 South, take Rte 4 South to the end.
Follow signs to Jamestown and Newport bridges.
After the Newport Bridge to first exit Historic Downtown.
Take America's Cup Avenue to Memorial Blvd, make a left onto Spring St.
Take 4th left on Pelham Street, the hotel is on your left.
