1. Start out going South on PA-315 S toward Spruce St.
2. Merge onto I-81 S.
3. Merge onto PA-315 S via Exit 175A toward Pennsylvania Turnpike/Pittston.
4. Merge onto I-476 S toward I-276/Allentown, Portions toll.
5. Take the I-80/PA-940 E exit, Exit 95.
6. Merge onto I-80 E.
7. Take the PA-115 exit, Exit 284 toward Blakeslee.
8. Merge onto PA-115 S toward Lake Harmony/Brodheadsville.
