| Area Attractions
Skaneateles is a quiet town just outside of Syracuse and in the Finger Lakes area. Shopping and galleries line the downtown streets, mostly in restored buildings, some dating back to the 1700's. Taverns and restaurants with excellent food tempt your taste buds and more. Parks, playgrounds, tennis courts and even ice skating rinks provide plenty of entertainment. Fishing from one of the piers, or just appreciating the view is a common occurrence. In the summer is when Skaneateles really comes to life. With parks and lakes all around, it's a great place to relax and enjoy the great outdoors. There are plenty of festivals and other events to keep everyone occupied as well. If anything else one desires is missing in Skaneateles, nearby Syracuse can easily fill up the void. |

2 West Lake Street, Skaneateles, NY - Syracuse International Airport: Depart airport going north on Airport Terminal Drive and turn right onto Col Eileen Collins Boulevard/CR-78 West. Merge onto I-81 South toward Syracuse/Thruway. Take the RT-298/Bear Street exit - EXIT 22 - toward I-690 West. Turn right onto West Bear Street/NY-298, then merge onto I-690 West. Take the RT-695 exit - EXIT 6 - toward RT-5/Auburn. Merge onto NY-695 South. Merge onto NY-5 West toward Auburn. Turn left onto Bennetts Corner Road/NY-321/CR-66, and continue to follow NY-321. Turn right onto East Genesee Street/US-20, then turn left onto West Lake Street and continue until you reach the property.<br><br> |
