<b>Location.</b> Dating back to 1760, the Miller Place Ark Bed and Breakfast is less than one-half mile from Long Island Sound. Enjoying a quiet north shore setting, this historic property is located in the quaint village of Miller Place, New York. The Gold Coast, as it became known in the Roaring Twenties, has been home to some of America's wealthiest families. The small towns that line the coast traditionally have tiny centers ringed by homes of mammoth proportions. Visitors come in droves to patronize the numerous antique stores in the area, with the bulk being in nearby Port Jefferson. <br><b>Hotel Features.</b> The inn features a common kitchen and a sitting room with a fireplace. During the weekdays, a complimentary continental breakfast is served, with full breakfast available on the weekends. Tea, coffee and soft drinks are served throughout the day. The grounds are beautifully maintained and feature a hammock, pond and a sundeck.
