A delightful way to spend a vacation is at A Wicher Garden, a bed and breakfast that is located in the Finger Lakes region and is surrounded by natural beauty. Guests will wake up in the morning to a wonderful breakfast and then head out for their day adventure. Guests can relax on the inn's porches, take nature walks, or simply sit and enjoy the beautiful country treed lawns. In the afternoon, relax in the common sitting area and mingle with other guests, soak in the hot tub for a fun time, or stroll through the gardens for some fresh air. Sip on a cool drink while unwinding on the sundeck or read the newspaper to relax. In the evening, guests can rest underneath the starry sky before drifting off to sleep for the night. The inn is only minutes from fine dining, wine trails, lakes, and museums. <br><br>
Each guest room is delightful in its own way and has been carefully decorated down to the smallest detail. All rooms are on the second floor. Some rooms are accessible from the inside stairs and share a small sitting area others are accessible from, and share, the upper front porch. Each room has a private television with VCR (discreetly hidden in wardrobe), telephone, modem, coffee pot, hair dryer, and radio/CD player. The beds have a plush pillowtop mattress with fine linens & down comforters for ultimate comfort. <br><br> ** This property requires a two-night minimum stay for all Friday and Saturday arrivals between 6/10/05-10/31/05. If traveling with children under 12, check with property to see if they can accommodate. Live in cats on premise.** |

Don't just relax while on vacation, explore the nearby area and learn about the towns culture. Visitors can visit the Finger Lakes Wine Trail, Auburn Historic site & museums, and Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge. For visitors that like the theater, check out the summer theater for a fun event. There is the scenic village of Skaneteles to wander through, shopping outlets to browse in, restaurants to eat in, and many outdoor activities to par take in such as swimming, golfing, and boating. Visitors can also try biking, fishing, and hiking, or for the more extreme sports, try kayaking and waterskiing. |

Turn left at Columbus Street and cross Genesee Street. Continue another one and a half miles on Dunning Avenue. Look for the sign on the right side. |
