Enjoy this peaceful, quiet century old country home in its wooded setting. Recently renovated, this home will make guests feel at home and ready for some rest and relaxation. Guests will enjoy the full breakfast that is served every morning along with afternoon tea upon request. Cozy up next to the fireplace after a long day's adventure or stroll through the gardens for some fresh air and watch a beautiful sunset. Guests can mingle in the common sitting room or take a little drive to the lake/ocean for some outdoors action. The inn has an outdoor sundeck where guests can chat or they can head on down to nearby restaurants for some fine dining.<br><br>
Each room is pleasant and brings forth a feeling of peace and serenity. Every room has an alarm clock radio, a hair dryer, and smoke detectors. Some rooms have the luxury of their own balcony/patio along with a fireplace to cozy up on a cold winter's night. Visit the nearby town of Franconia for some entertainment. See the Franconia Heritage Museum, the Sugar Hill Historical Museum, and the New England Ski Museum. Visit Flume Gorge to see wonderful views of the mountains and other spectacular sights. For the outdoorsmen, try biking, golfing, hiking, horseback riding, and fishing. For the more adventurous person, there is hang gliding, kayaking, and river rafting. In the winter time, visit the nearby Cannon Mountain Aerial Tramway and Ski area for some skiing, snowboarding, and snowmobiling. Sit and enjoy Mother Nature in a park or sightsee intriguing areas of interest. |

| Driving Directions
Route 117, Sugar Hill, NH, 03585 - From Manchester Airport: Take I-93 north and get off at exit 38. Go left at the end of the ramp which goes towards Franconia. Approximately 1/2 block, just before the flashing light, veer to the right. Traveling through Franconia about 3/4 of a mile on the left, make a left turn onto Route 117 and take it all the way up to the top of the hill, then downhill for a short distance, then to the inn which is on the right side. |
