The Back Side Inn was named for its proximity to Mount Sunapee Ski Area in the Dartmouth Lake Sunapee Region of Lake Sunapee. It is the closest full service inn to the newly expanded and renovated Mount Sunapee Resort. The inn is a traditional old home site; cozy fireplace, hand carved planking, and a large restful porch. Guests can enjoy the 120 acres the inn sits on. Enjoy the gourmet culinary delights of the inn. A full breakfast is served every morning with the menu changing daily. Join them for brunch and dinner or winter family style meals for a fee. Stroll through the gardens and then hop in the hot tub to relax. Enjoy the crisp air on the front porch or cozy up to the fireplace on those cold winter nights. They welcome groups and individuals to take advantage of the complete Mount Sunapee ski package. Also enjoy the biking, golfing, hiking, horseback riding, and ice skating. From some water activities, try boating, fishing, kayaking, river rafting, and water skiing. There are other things to see such as galleries, museums, parks, and the theater. Take a adventure and try hang gliding, go on a helicopter tour, or try windsurfing. In the winter time there is skiing, snowboarding, and snowmobiling. |

| Driving Directions
1171 Brook Road, Goshen, NH - From Manchester Airport: Take Route I-93 north to I-89 north. Stay on I-89 north for twenty minutes to Exit 9, Route 103. Go west on Route 103, following the signs for Mount Sunapee (15 miles). One mile past the entrance to Mount Sunapee Resort, make a left on Brook Road (Back Side Inn sign points the way). Three miles down the road is the inn on the right hand side. |
