Location. Harveys Resort & Casino, located in scenic Stateline, Nev., attracts corporate magnates, vacationing families, wedding revelers and professional gamblers. This resort offers something for everyone with an ideal location just two blocks from Lake Tahoe and the Gondola at Heavenly Ski Resort.
Hotel Features. Harveys Resort & Casino features a colossal lobby anchored by a three-story black- granite obelisk fountain, bank of registration and concierge desks, and endless stretches of escalators. Guests gravitate to the sprawling 24- hour casino that features a sports book with 76 television screens and a smoke-free poker room. This impressive resort offers 20,000 square feet of reception and meeting space, catering services and a business center with high-speed Internet access. A heated seasonal pool, poolside bar and spa tub provide a restful setting where guests may achieve much-needed relaxation. Or, guests may maintain their exercise programs at the on-site fitness center (fee applies). Kids' Camp offers a complete program of supervised activities such as hiking, swimming, movies, bowling and trips to the arcade. Evening entertainment includes the hotel's comedy club and adult cabaret. The resort is connected to its partner property, Harrah's, via a passageway that leads to shops, restaurants, bars, a health spa, nightclub and casino. On-site restaurants include Cabo Wabo, Hard Rock Café and the Sage Room Steak House.
Guestrooms. Harveys Resort & Casino features 740 soundproofed guestrooms housed in two, high-rise buildings. The Tahoe Tower boasts 19 floors while the Classic Tower rises 12 floors. Guestrooms feature floor- to-ceiling windows, crown molding, traditional furnishings and minibars. Refrigerators are available, on request.
Expert Tip. The Lake Tahoe area offers spectacular scenery that creates memorable backdrops for hosting special events. An on-site wedding chapel features 18-foot-high windows that frame mountain views, or picture-perfect ceremonies can be performed aboard the hotel- operated Tahoe Star.
