Since the inn is near Osage Beach and all lake attractions, it is a good place to stay to be in the middle of it all. Guests can wake up in the morning to a wonderful breakfast before heading out for the day's adventures. If relaxation is what guests are after, they can unwind on the deck, patio, or in the sunroom. Have a nice soak in the six person hot tub or grab some friends and mingle while relaxing under the bubbles. From the sundeck, guests have a gallery view of the beautiful 7th hole of the golf course to watch golfers attempt to hit across the pond. This pond accentuates the beautiful trees, flowers, birds, and wildlife that are on the golf course. Guests can swim, sunbathe, and enjoy the nearby pool where they can have a view of the lake. They can also trek along some private roads that offer excellent walking or biking trails with scenic views of the lake and countryside. Guests will have plenty of things to do and see when staying at the 3B's B&B.<br><br>

Visitors who enjoy sightseeing can check out the historic sites, the galleries, the museums, and the wonderful parks that are in the surrounding area. Don't forget to try some waterskiing and windsurfing to bring a rush of adrenaline. For the more relaxed visitors, check out a vineyard to do some wine tasting, take a helicopter tour of the area for a scenic ride, or play a fun game of miniature golf for a lazy afternoon. |

| Driving Directions
75 Sylvan Bay Drive, Osage Beach, MO - From Columbia Regional Airport: Take HWY 63 south to HWY 54 to the Y Road exit. Follow Y Road west, past Big Surf. Look for the signs with the 3 bee's and arrows at each intersection. Go right to the general store on State Road, Y Avenue. The 3 B's sign directs to the left past the general store on Wavy Leaf Road (Y-49). Immeditately go left again on Fontana Lane (just past the car wash) for 1/2 mile. Go past the Sylvan Bay sign in the road and the inn is right there. |
