| Property Info
If a thrill is what guests are looking for, they can look no further. This inn was built in 1908 by a noted architect and stands today as a historic and haunted place to stay. The owners are proudly aware of the ghosts that lay claim to the inn. Guests should not be afraid though, the ghosts don't do any harm. While staying at the inn, guests will enjoy a complimentary breakfast along with the afternoon tea/coffee that is served. Many guests find the common sitting room a place to either relax and read a book, or a place to mingle and catch up with friends and family. On a breezy summer day, guests might find the whirlpool tub the place to be or on a cold winters night, the glowing fireplace provides warmth and peace for guests. After the hot tub, relax on the wrap around Victorian porch and catch up on your reading, or simply take a nap. Be sure to ask the innkeepers about setting up a carriage ride to dinner or to tour historic Ironton.
Guests will enjoy the splendid rooms the house offers. Each room has air- conditioning, an alarm clock radio, CD player/stereo, ceiling fan, desk, shower massage, cable TV with VCR, and a microwave. Guests can relax and catch up on the days events with family in the living/dining area in each room. Some rooms include a wonderful balcony/patio and bathrobes to curl up in. A few rooms offer the serenity of a glowing fireplace, a full kitchen, telephone, high-speed internet access, and sweets at turndown. Those guests can also relax in their own whirlpool bath.<br> **Please Note: Breakfast is not included with a stay in the cottage.** |
