| Property Info
On a street lined with stately trees, stands the Colonial House Inn. Where the charm of old Cape Cod has been carefully preserved and the tradition of gracious dining and hospitality carried forward. Colonial House Inn caters to the family and business traveler alike. The renovated carriage house offers the ability to meet the most current business day demands, in the setting of a historic landmark. The Hugh S. Clark Conference Center and adjacent atrium include a comfortable lounge, dance floor and a heated, indoor swimming pool. The conference center opens out onto the lovely garden area and lower green. The fountain and waterfall make the perfect backdrop for an outdoor wedding or event. The inn can comfortably accommodate as many as 150 people per event. Dining at the inn is Continental, with an elegant yet casual atmosphere. There are three intimate dining rooms; the Oak Room with its rich golden oak tables, the more traditional Colonial Room with hand-stenciled walls and fireplace, and the most recent addition, the Common Room, a glass enclosed veranda with its view of the fountain and the Yarmouth Port town green. The menu is á la carte and offers a wide selection of entrees prepared to order. Cape Cod's fresh seafood forms the basis of the salt air selections, in addition to the beef, poultry and veal dinners.
The Colonial House Inn offers large guest rooms that are individually decorated and furnished with antiques. Each room has its own private bath and a charming view of the grounds and adjacent historic homes. All rooms offer air conditioning, balcony/patio, cable TV, VCR, ceiling fan, fireplace, high-speed Internet access and telephone with voicemail.

**Reservations from 6/18/05 through 11/1/05 require a two-night minimum stay for all Friday and Saturday arrivals.** |
