The Old Harbor Inn is centrally located to all that Cape Cod has to offer, and just steps from the shops and restaurants of the central Village, the Cape Cod National Seashore, the Chatham Lighthouse and local band concerts. Guests will particularly enjoy not having to get into their cars for several days with everything so close. Seal tours and Audabon trips to Monomoy Island are available nearby.<br> The inn has a charming and intimate ambience, with English country decor, professionally designed landscaping and designer appointed rooms. Carefully restored and meticulously maintained, this property is in its third decade of serving sophisticated travelers. <br><br> With the recent addition of a fitness room, delicious full complimentary breakfast, and tranquil coy ponds with a connecting waterfall, this inn has it all. Guests can help themselves to bottled water, soft drinks, snacks, tea and coffee all day. Freshly popped popcorn, over 225 movies in the video cassette library and an extensive collection of books are also complimentary at any time.<br><br> All guestrooms feature full, private bathrooms and air conditioning. Cable television, VCRs, CD players, bathrobes and high-speed Internet access are also provided. All deluxe and premium rooms utilize designer linens and window treatments that set each room apart from the next. The Stage Harbor room is luxuriously appointed with a king four-poster, cherry wood bed with unique carvings. The bath has a glass enclosed shower and a two-person Jacuzzi. The North and South Beach rooms are on the second floor and feature cathedral ceilings, fireplaces, and wooden sleigh beds with matching tables. The Yarmouth room has a Victorian feel, with an antique brass, wrought iron and porcelain bed. This room boasts the largest bathroom at the inn. The Port Fortune room is one of the more unique. 22 Old Harbor Road, Chatham, Mass. <br> From Boston Logan International Airport: <br> Take Route 3/I-93 South. This becomes Route 3.<br> Follow left to Cape Cod on Route 3 and continue for approximately 50 miles. <br> Take Sagamore Bridge over the Cape Cod Canal onto Route 6.<br> Follow Route 6 to Exit 11.<br> At the end of the exit ramp, go left onto Route 137 South.<br> Follow Route 137 through two intersections until it ends at Route 28. Turn left onto Route 28 and continue for 3.4 miles towards Chatham center. <br> Bear left at the rotary, staying on Route 28 South, which is Old Harbor Road.<br> The inn is immediately on the right. |
