The Pepper House Inn, a circa 1793 federal style colonial, served as the home of Captain Bangs Pepper, one of Cape Cod's professional sea captains. Located in the center of the quaint Cape Cod village of Brewster, this town served as a home for his family and is now a charming resort community. The guest rooms and common areas of the Pepper House Inn have been restored to the stately elegance of the 18th and 19th centuries. Guests can relax in the privacy of their rooms, in the comfortable living room, or on the screened porch or spacious deck. Included in your stay is complimentary early morning coffee, just right for a quiet walk to the beach. A generous and hearty breakfast is served every day in the common room on the screened porch, or in fine summer weather, under the market umbrellas on the deck. Once the home of an eighteenth century sea captain, the Pepper House Inn now serves as an historic inn drawing its charm from the warmth of times when welcoming friends and guests was considered an art form.
Each of the spacious corner guest rooms is tastefully furnished with mahogany or cherry furniture, four-poster or canopied beds, and an elegant sitting area. 2062 Main Street, Brewster, MA - Barnstable Municipal Airport: Start out going Southeast toward Iyannough Road/MA-132. Turn right onto Iyannough Road/MA-28. Turn left onto Yarmouth Road. Yarmouth Road becomes Willow Street. Merge onto US-6 East/Mid Cape Highway toward Orleans/Provincetown and continue for approximately nine miles. Take the RT-124 North Exit, Exit 10, toward Brewster. Turn left onto Pleasant Lake Avenue/MA-124. Continue to follow MA-124 for four miles. Turn right onto MA-6A/Main Street/Cranberry Highway and continue for 1/5 mile to the property. |
