<b>Location.</b> Just over three miles from downtown Boston, the Longwood Guest Suites are located in the Longwood Medical Area of Boston, Massachusetts. Settled on the banks of a picturesque river and a beautifully rejuvenated harbor, Boston is a modern metropolis built around a colonial center. A two block walk from the property will land guests on Huntington Avenue, also known as "Avenue of the Arts." Faneuil Hall Marketplace, possibly the city's most popular attraction, is less than four miles away and offers an array of restaurants, bars and specialty shops. Known as "America's Walking City," Boston is easily maneuvered on foot or by the extensive public transport system than it is by automobile. <br><b>Hotel Features.</b> The Longwood Guest Suites are suited for both short and extended stays. The red-brick and slate-roof exterior and surrounding foliage convey a picture-perfect New England ambience. The friendly staff can arrange complimentary taxi service to and from several of the medical centers in the area. The hotel is also a regular stop for the LINK, a local shuttle service that takes riders from the front door to Brigham circle for food and shopping. There is a concierge desk and express check is available. <br><br><b>Guestrooms.</b> All suites are decorated with traditional, neutral colors and eclectic hardwood furniture. Each of the units features cable television and a kitchenette with a refrigerator and microwave oven. <br><br><b>Expert Tip.</b> The Museum of Science is a little over four miles from the property and boasts over 500 exhibits, many that are hands-on. There are also separate-admission theaters that feature IMAX movies and planetarium shows.
