The boutique hotel is within walking distance of Transylvania University, Civic Center, Rupp Arena and Lexington Opera House. Talon Winery is within 15 miles of the hotel as are three horse race tracks, including Kentucky Horse Park, home to John Henry, the plain, brown horse who became the world's leading money-earner despite being physically, pedigree and aesthetically challenged.
