This 1908 Craftsman style Mission mansion is on 60 acres that overlook the Mississippi River. It has seven guest rooms, a common kitchen & sitting room, an ice machine, and a meeting facility. Whether guests want a romantic getaway or a trip with the kids, they will have plenty to do at the inn. The inn has their own hiking trail on the property, along with a ropes course that guests can use for an extra fee. The inn serves afternoon tea/coffee, complimentary wine, snacks for the mid-afternoon munchies, and a complimentary breakfast that offers a variety of food. Guests can stroll through the gardens and unwind, sit by the fireplace and mingle, or have a get together around the barbecue area. The inn also provides business services for those in need and free local phone calls.
Enjoy the lovely view of the Mississippi River from all the guest rooms. The rooms provide great bird-watching views so guests can relax in their rooms and feel right at home. All rooms come with air-conditioning, an alarm clock radio, desk, TV and VCR/DVD player, hair dryer, high speed wireless Internet, smoke detectors, and a telephone. Guests can pick up a daily newspaper and sip some coffee while relaxing by their fireplace in their room. All rooms also have a kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, and a living/dining area for guests to put their feet up. |

There are plenty of places to visit such as the aquarium, the casino, the museums, the nightclubs, and the theaters. For the outdoorsmen, try bird- watching, biking, golfing, miniature golfing, hiking, horseback riding, racquetball, ice-skating, skiing, snowboarding, and snowmobiling. Water activities include fishing and river rafting. Visit the convention center to see some trade shows or just relax at nearby national and local parks. Visit the many historic sites around the area or take a hot air balloon ride to see an aerial view of the vicinity. Tour a vineyard and do some wine tasting, shop at some stores, and do some sightseeing. |

4900 Peru Road, Dubuque, IA - From Dubuque Airport: Take 61 north to 52 north and follow to 32nd Street and make a right turn. 32nd Street turns into Peru Road. Continue for 7-8 miles to the inn. |
