Pine Lake is very popular for skiing and sailing. Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore, Northwest Indiana 's jewel, gives the area distinction and sets it apart from the rest of the state. The state's only national park spans 23 miles of Lake Michigan shoreline and features wooded hiking trails, beautiful beaches, and impressive sand dunes. | Driving Directions
263 West Johnson Road, LaPorte, IN - From South Bend Regional Airport: Depart the airport heading Southwest and make a sharp right turn onto Progress Drive. Turn right onto Lincoln Way West and continue for 1.1 miles. Merge onto US-31 North/St Joseph Valley Parkway toward I-80/Toll Road/I-90. Take the I-80/I-90 exit toward Toll Road. Merge onto I-80 West/I-90 West/Indiana Toll Road via the exit on the left toward Chicago and continue for 23.2 miles. Take the IN-39 exit - Exit 49 - toward La Porte. Turn left onto IN-39 and continue for 1.9 miles. Turn right onto West Severs Road, which becomes Johnson Road, which you will continue to follow for less than a mile until you reach the property. |
