Dining options include a poolside bar, a Pan-Asian restaurant with panoramic ocean views, and the Clipper Lounge, which offers a light, late-night bistro and pupu (appetizer) menu. Guests can also sample the lounge's famous Clippertini Martini. The Kona Coffee Shoppe offers world-renowned Kona Coffee blends, a variety of eye-opening drink specialties and delicious pastries.
This resort features 545 tropically themed guestrooms with splendid views of the ocean, gardens or a distant volcano. Guests can relax on island-style rattan furnishings and enjoy amenities such as bathrobes, high-speed Internet access, satellite television and refrigerators. Renovation Notice:
The Waikoloa Beach Marriott is undergoing the following renovations to better serve travelers. Construction of a new ballroom will be completed by Spring, 2007. Lobby and restaurant renovations are scheduled for completion by Fall, 2006. The porte cochere upgrade is scheduled for completion by Winter, 2007. The spa and adult serenity pool are scheduled for completion by Summer, 2006. All renovation completion dates are subject to change.
Annual Waikoloa Women's Golf Challenge:
The hotel is hosting the 5th Annual Wailoloa Women's Golf Challenge that benefits the Hawaii State Women's Golf Foundation and Waikola Foundation that works to perpetuate Hawaiian culture. The event will be held from October 24-29, 2006. This year's format provides each participant a "free day" which may include one of the following complimentary activities: Mandara Spa Treatment; Dolphin Encounter; Pololu Valley tour; golf at Waikoloa Beach Course.
