Location. The Royal Lahaina Resort in Lahaina, Maui, is a 27-acre tropical retreat that rests along Kaanapali Beach, judged as one of the most beautiful coastlines in the world. Tourist destinations such as Whalers Village, one-quarter mile from the hotel, and Maui Ocean Center, 18 miles away, provide intriguing introductions into Hawaii's culture and marine life.
Hotel Features. The subtle, dark-wood lobby features mirrored columns and a Maui mural, and is the scene of bustling activity as international guests arrive and depart the island. However, the remaining acreage offers a sanctuary of tranquility and low-key ambience. A nightly Polynesian luau is highly popular among resort guests and Maui residents, alike. In addition, this property features a tennis ranch that attracts players from around the world. Tropically landscaped lawns and plumeria-fragranced gardens provide a retreat for sunbathing and strolling. The beach is also just steps from the resort's grounds. Live entertainment performs on the pool deck in front of the Royal Ocean Terrace Restaurant during dinner. Ocean-side massages are available under a thatched roof adjacent to the two outdoor pools. An activity center offers complimentary, daily scuba lessons while the spa tub, on-site spa services, shops and laundry facilities add to the resort's appeal.
Guestrooms. This property features 520 guestrooms with air conditioning, in-room safes, dial-up Internet access, refrigerators and cable television.
Expert Tip. The Royal Lahaina Resort is one of the island's favorite romantic destinations, as evidenced by walkway stepping stones engraved with the names of past brides and grooms. Newlyweds are invited to sign a commemorative tile, and then place it along the property's scenic footpath.

Renovation Notice:
This resort will begin a refurbishment of its Lahaina Kai Tower guestrooms at the end of July 2006. The refurbishment is scheduled for completion at the end of August 2006 (completion date subject to change). The Royal Lahaina Cottage and Hale Kaanapali guestrooms, located elsewhere on the 27-acre resort, will remain open during this time. Guest services and public facilities will not be affected by the closure of the Lahaina Kai Tower. |

Exit the airport onto Keolani Pl.
Stay in the middle lane and continue onto
Dairy Rd./Hwy 380,
which becomes Kuihelani Rd.
Continue on Kuihelani Rd/Hwy. 380 until
the next traffic signal. Turn left onto
Honoapiilani Hwy./Hwy. 30. Turn left onto Kekaa Dr.
Continue one-half block.
Turn right at the stop
sign. The Outrigger Maui Eldorado is straight
ahead. Turn right at the Eldorado and proceed to
the Royal Lahaina Resort. |
