The Celadon Beach Resort is located on the sandy shores of Panama City Beach, Fla. Guests will be surrounded by breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. The resort is situated on the west end of Panama City Beach near the entertainment and shopping district. Golf packages are available for guests to tee up at one of the six golf courses within twenty miles. <br> Highlights of this 23-story resort include a tropical gulf-side (heated) pool, indoor pool with spa, large deck with dune walkovers and barbeque area. For guests who like to stay active on vacation, there are all-weather soft tennis courts and a fitness center, with a variety of aerobic machines. Guests won't have to bear the heat of the Florida sun on their way into the resort, due to the air-conditioned walkway leading from the parking area to the main lobby. This property offers a seasonal Kid's Club, with a variety of activities, and a game room to give parents a break. <br><br> The Celadon Beach Resort offers one- and two-bedroom condominiums with all the luxuries and conveniences of home, including cable television with VCR, washer and dryer, and a bathroom with marble baths. The condominiums have a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator, stove, toaster and breakfast bar. <br><br> The Celadon Beach Resort is a true escape, with many activities that families, couples and groups can enjoy either on site or just a short distance away.<br><br>
*The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. There must be one parent or legal guardian for every two persons under 25 years. Additional restrictions may apply during spring break. Chaperoned groups are prohibited.<br><br> Check-in is after 3 p.m. and checkout is 10 a.m. Not all units will be ready for check-in at 3 p.m. The property requests patience from guests and suggests guests have alternate plans available between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m.<br><br> Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are required upon check-in for incidental charges. <br><br> Pets are not permitted in rental units under any condition. No exceptions. Many boarding kennels are available in the local area.<br><br> Recreational vehicles, personal watercraft and RVs are not permitted on the rental property. <br><br> Specific unit assignment and views are not guaranteed. All special requests are subject to availability. Special requests made via this Web site cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. <br><br> Reservations made under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit/rental money and the party will not be permitted to check in.<br><br> Due to nearby construction, the beachside pool is closed until May 26, 2006. The indoor/outdoor pool remains open. |
