Nautical Watch Condominiums overlooks one of the world's most beautiful beaches. These villas are perfect for families who want to be close enough to everything Panama City Beach has to offer, but far enough to be able to enjoy the peace and serenity the emerald coast can deliver. There are several restaurants within a one- mile walk to the property, many boasting seafood cuisine. St. Andrews State Park, which offers fishing piers, nature trails, swimming areas, camping area and a concession stand, is just a mile away. <br> Guests feel like they have a house right on the beach at the Nautical Watch. The vacation rental villas are a pleasant diversion from the high-rise condominium resorts generally located in Panama City Beach. <br><br> Guests can lounge beachfront in rented chairs and umbrellas or enjoy swimming and participating in a variety of water sports with WaveRunners, parasailing, and banana boat rentals, available right on the property's private beach. The outdoor pool area has a tropical motif with barbeque grills, and a convenient changing room. Available to guests of the Nautical Watch are the activities of five other properties owned by the same management company, including the Boardwalk Beach Resort, which offers on-site activities such as karaoke. The Nautical Watch caters to families with children by offering a Kid's Club, where parents can take a break and drop their children off for activities such as origami, beads, and swimming. <br><br> These villas offer the convenience of having a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffeemaker, microwave oven, and refrigerator. Other amenities include washer/dryer and cable television, and a balcony/patio with a view of the city.<br><br> Guests looking for a quiet and quaint alternative to the typical condominiums of Panama City Beach will appreciate the poolview and gulfview villas at Nautical Watch, and will stay here without sacrificing proximity to the area's restaurants and attractions. Thunder Beach, a motorcycle rally, is held two times a year. Spring and Fall Rallies are 4/26/06-4/29/06 and 9/28/06-10/1/06.

Guests checking in BEFORE 5 p.m. must follow these directions to 6205 Thomas Drive, Panama City Beach, Fla. <br> From the Panama City Bay County International Airport: <br> Take Airport Road to Saint Andrews Blvd and turn right. <br> Turn right on West 23rd Street. <br> Turn right on Collegiate Drive. <br> Bear right on 23rd Street/West SR-98. <br> 23rd Street/West SR-98 becomes US-98. <br> Continue on Front Beach Road. <br> Turn left onto Joan Avenue. <br> Continue on Thomas Drive for approximately six miles to the beach. <br> Nautical Watch Condominiums is on the left.<br><br> Guests checking in AFTER 5 p.m. must follow these directions to the Boardwalk Beach Resort Welcome Center, located at 9400 South Thomas Drive, Panama City Beach, Fla. <br> From the Panama City Bay County International Airport: <br> Take Airport Road to Saint Andrews Blvd and turn right. <br> Turn right on West 23rd. <br> Turn right on US-98. <br> Follow US-98, which will turn into W. Front Beach Rd. <br> Make a sharp left onto CR-3030. <br> Stay straight to go onto Thomas Drive. <br> Turn right onto South Thomas Drive, and end at 9400 South Thomas, the Boardwalk Beach Resort Welcome Center. |
