Located on Marco Island, Fla., the South Seas Northwest is situated oceanfront on the Gulf of Mexico. Guests are within walking distance of a variety of restaurants, including family-friendly diners, brew pubs, seafood restaurants and pizza parlors. The shopping at Marco Island is unbeatable, with over a 100 retail shops to choose from. Other island activities include fly-fishing and airboat tours of the Everglades and the islands. The Hammock Bay Country Club and the Marco Shore Country Club are a short drive from the property, and the city of Naples, Fla., is about 13 miles from the South Seas Northwest. <br> The South Seas Northwest boasts a 55-acre gated beach and bay community with meticulously manicured grounds, outdoor pool, tennis facility with soft surface courts, boat docks, and of course, the beach. The South Seas Northwest is made up of two beachfront high-rise towers directly overlooking the warm Gulf waters.
