Tropical landscapes and white sands surround the area, with the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico just beyond. Five miles from the complex, is St. Armand's Circle on Lido Key. Within walking distance is Longboat Key's central business district, which offers a supermarket, drugstore, restaurants, and video and bicycle rental shops. Local attractions include the Mote Marine Laboratory/Aquarium and the Pelican Bird Sanctuary, each just four miles away. <br><br><b>Hotel Features.</b> The lush tropical landscaping serves as a beautiful backdrop to the beach atmosphere. Resort amenities include a heated outdoor pool and beach chairs, and picnic area with barbecue grills. On-site laundry facilities are also available. <br><br> <b>Guestrooms.</b> Each Longboat Vacation Rentals condominium is newly renovated and comfortably furnished with island décor. All of the one-, two- and three-bedroom units has a fully equipped kitchen. The bathrooms are equipped with jetted tubs. High-speed Internet access and cable television are available so guests can stay connected to the outside world while they vacation in Longboat Key. All units are entirely non-smoking.<br><br> <b>Expert Tip.</b> Five miles from the Longboat Vacation Rentals is St. Armand's Circle, home to the Circus Ring of Fame, a "sidewalk of circus stars." John Ringling planned St. Armand's Circle to be a major tourist attraction with elegant shops, world-class restaurants and the finest of hotels.
