This newly renovated resort is located in Indian Shores, Fla., just north of St. Petersburg Beach. <br> A large heated pool, fishing pier and deeded beach access is located directly across the street. One of the area's top restaurants is next door and miniature golf is also just steps away. Deep water docks will be installed soon across the street. For their guests' convenience there are coin-operated facilities in each building and complimentary parking.<br><br> This Key West-style resort offers one- and two-bedroom accommodations that feature well-appointed kitchens and baths, granite countertops and tile floors (carpet in the bedrooms). One-bedroom units offer 750 square feet with lovely white rattan furnishings and a separate Florida room. Two-bedroom units offer 1,000 square feet with brown rattan furnishings, a wet bar and a separate Florida room. Each unit has a balcony with either a garden, courtyard or bay view. All condos have air conditioning, cable television, VCR, ceiling fans, and a telephone.<br><br> This waterfront condominium resort offers its guests comfort and upscale room amenities, with their own private beach and beachfront pool just across the street for a perfect vacation.
