This resort, built in 1962 along the banks of the pristine Crystal River is a two-story sprawling manor house with one hundred and twenty six guest rooms including twelve golf villas and five condos. Amenities at this 232-acre resort are numerous, and include fine dining, golf, tennis, 96,000-gallon swimming pool with sundeck, dive shop, and boat rentals.
The Plantation Inn offers exquisite accommodations along with nine meeting rooms totaling over 8,000 square feet. Driving Directions
From Tampa International Airport:
Follow signs to I-275 North to I-75 North.
Take I-75 North to Brooksville Exit (US 98/50).
Turn left onto US 98 and go through Brooksville.
Proceed to US Hwy 19 and turn right at the light.
Take US Hwy 19 into Crystal River to the stoplight.
Continue past the "Welcome to Crystal River" sign.
Turn left at the stoplight on West Fort Island Trail.
Plantation Inn and Golf Resort is on the right side. |
