Location. The Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island is located on a barrier island off the coast of northeast Florida. One-and-one-half miles of sand dune-lined beach stretches behind the resort. Seven miles south is the historic Fernandina Beach, where Victorian homes, antique shopping and art galleries dot the seaside village. Jacksonville International Airport is 28 miles from the resort.
Hotel Features. The Ritz- Carlton Amelia Island offers more than 32,000 square feet of meeting space, from the opulent ballroom to outdoor function space. For younger guests, the Ritz Kids program features activities including nature programs and arts and crafts activities. The resort offers three restaurants, two lounges and 24-hour room service. The award-winning Grill restaurant features a Tasting Menu, a selection of more than 500 wines and a quarterly cooking school. Take I-95 North seven miles to Exit 373.
Turn right on A1A East.
Proceed east on A1A for 9.5 miles.
Cross the Intercoastal Waterway.
Drive 3/4 mile to Amelia Island Pkwy. and turn right.
Proceed for 2.5 miles to fork in the road.
Veer left and continue for 1.75 miles.
The hotel is located on the left. |
