The Limelite Lodge is located in the heart of Aspen, on a quiet street across from Wagner Park. This hotel is situated just two blocks from the Gondola and one block from Aspen Mall. The Lodge has been family owned and operated for four generations, originating as a nightclub and guesthouse. Today's Limelite Lodge is a AAA affiliated hotel offering 72 guest rooms ranging from oversized standard rooms to old-Aspen style cabins, for those want to step back in time. The hotel's facilities includes two heated, outdoor swimming pools as well as two Jacuzzis, which are open year round.
The accommodations all feature refrigerators, coffee maker, voice mail, cable TV, and a great view of Aspen Mountain. Though these rooms are air-conditioned, the windows are functional and open to let in the mountain air in fair weather. Guests are served a complimentary, continental breakfast, each morning and complimentary coffee, cider, cocoa and tea are served around the clock, in the Fireside Lounge, which offers a spectacular mountain view and a warm, cozy fireplace.
