<b>Location.</b> Marquis Villas Resort rests in the beautiful Coachella Valley, surrounded by the majestic towering San Jacinto Mountains and some of the most famous golf courses in the country. Convenient to many popular attractions, the resort is centrally located near downtown Palm Springs, California. Palm Canyon Drive, the cultural artery of the city, is lined with back lit palms and boasts a wealth of galleries, boutiques, restaurants and pubs. Palm Springs offers a wide array of recreational activities and sightseeing opportunities, including Knott's Soak City Water Park, the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway and the Palm Springs Desert Museum. Active pursuits include horseback riding, hiking, Jeep tours, tennis, and hot-air ballooning. <br><b>Hotel Features.</b> The resort features an outdoor pool surrounded by a garden courtyard and a complete fitness center. Cable television is also standard. <br><br><b>Expert Tip.</b> The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway climbs 5,900 to the upper slopes of Mount San Jacinto in 14 minutes, allowing for fantastic views of the Coachella Valley. Temperatures are typically 40 degrees cooler than the desert floor, and winter brings with it a snowy wonderland perfect for cross-country skiing and sledding.

Each includes a fully equipped full-size kitchen with dishwasher, stove, and microwave; beautiful marble baths; audio/visual equipment; elegant yet informal furnishings; a wet bar; and fireplace.
