The Westin Kierland Villas are located on 10 acres within the exclusive Kierland master-planned community, just outside of Scottsdale. The Kierland Golf Club adjacent to the property offers 27 holes with rolling hills, manicured Bermuda-grass greens, and a 19,000-square-foot clubhouse with a golf school, pro shop, and restaurant. <br><br> The enormous, sparkling free-form pool literally envelopes the back side of the Westin. The full service spa on-site rejuvenates guests with unique Native American-inspired remedies and botanical-based treatments. <br><br> Guests should prepare themselves for a painful departure from the Westin's trademark Heavenly Bed, an all white masterpiece boasting a custom-designed pillowtop mattress, three sheets ranging in thread count from 180 to 250, a down blanket, and five goose pillows. Guest like the beds so much that the Westin has made them available for purchase. The premium villas feature maple cabinetry and fresh, modern décor in black, red and white. The premium villas have a full kitchen while the deluxe villas feature a kitchenette. A built-in entertainment center in the living room complements a 32-inch flatscreen television and DVD Players. Villas also feature 27-inch flatscreen televisions, granite counter top bathroom and black-out lined draperies. <br><br> The Westin, opened in November 2003, is already a hit with business travelers, golfers, couples seeking a quiet getaway and families that enjoy outdoor activities.
