Set at the base of Black Mountain near the historic town of Cave Creek, the Villas of Cave Creek offer restful accommodations just 10 miles outside of Scottsdale, Ariz. Located in the heart of the high Sonoran Desert, the town of Cave Creek has a colorful history, with more than 100 years of independent-minded ranchers and miners seeking seclusion near Black Mountain. With less than 4,000 residents, Cave Creek remains a restful retreat offering golf, hiking, and other outdoor recreation.
Just a half-mile from the villas is the Rancho Manana Golf Club, a championship course featuring dramatic elevation changes and unspoiled desert terrain. The Cave Creek Recreation is four miles from the villas and offers over 11 miles of trails for hiking, mountain biking and horseback riding. Also nearby is the Old West theme town, Rawide, located five miles away in Scottdale. The Sky Harbor International Airport is 44 miles from Cave Creek.
The Villas of Cave Creek resemble a modern-day pueblo with 25 adobe-style units scattered around a central courtyard and pool area. The villas are individually owned and feature Southwestern and Native American décor. Each unit has a master suite with full bath, second bedroom, loft with a sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, and private patio with whirlpool spa. Family-friendly amenities include a barbecue pavilion, play area, two outdoor pools, and hiking trails to the top of Black Mountain. The Villas at Cave Creek does not have a restaurant onsite, but several dining options are available within the surrounding area.
