The paved bike/walking path is a short two blocks from the door step, and the B&B is surrounded by mountain ranges on all sides and close to Knik Glacier and Matanuska Glacier. Many very easy day or half day trips are available] Unique shopping is close by as are museums. The Valley also has a Musk Ox Farm and a Reindeer Farm that are always fun to go see. The hosts live on site in separate quarters with two little, and quiet, Pomeranians and a sweet older horse named Cherokee. This means guests will have access to local advice like where to go for dinner and where to catch some dinner. Bikes, canoes, BBQ grill, an outside fire pit, and other amenities are available to use with prior arrangements. Local area attractions information is available when guests check in. Fishing guides, hunting guides, trail maps, musk ox farm, reindeer farm, dog sled demonstrations, lakes, lakes, and more lakes, are just a few of the activities that Alaska provides. Also close by are some very unique museums, shops, theatres, espresso and bakery shop, as well as gas stations and grocery stores. |

| Driving Directions
4930 E Hovey, Wasilla, AK - From Anchorage Airport: Depart the airport and follow International Airport Road until the Minnesota turn off. There will be signs for North Minnesota, follow those. From Minnesota, look for Tudor. Turn right onto Tudor. Tudor will go for several miles and then the road will make a large left turn as it turns into Muldoon. Stay on this for another mile or so until Glenn Highway. Follow the signs that say Palmer. Enter on the Glenn Highway towards Palmer by turning right onto the on ramp right before the highway. Keep on Glenn Highway for approximately 25 miles. Shortly after the Knick Bridge, follow the signs for Wasilla, which is marked very well. Take the Seward-Meridian Exit. Turn right. At the stop light you will be at the Palmer/Wasilla Hwy, Turn Right. Shortly after (less than 1/2 mile) you will see on your left "Susitna Go-Cart Track" Turn Left. (If you turn right you will be in a church parking lot. About 2 blocks you will see the road marked "Hovey", Turn right onto Hovey, you can only turn right on Hovey.
