The property offers views of the mountains and is only less than one mile from the downtown area. It was recently built and offers privacy, comfort, and beautiful views of the lakeside. The 1600 square foot B&B is completed dedicated to the guests and is in the heart of the Matanuska Susitna Valley, which is the perfect base for seeing all of Alaska's wonders. The town of Wasilla offers the convenience of a large community but with the hometown beauty only Alaska can inspire. The property offers a complimentary breakfast on weekends and during the summer.<br>
All guestrooms are decorated with Alaska pictures and art, highlighting the natural beauty of Alaska wildlife and scenery. The spacious rooms all have alarm clock radio, cable TV, kitchenette, microwave, smoke detectors, telephone, and a VCR.<br><br> **Children 5 and under stay for free.** |

Visitors can visit the Knik Museum, Dorothy Page Museum, the Alaska Railroad, the Alaska Native Heritage Center, and the Glacier Park. For outdoor activities try some boat excursions like Kenai Fjords Tours or the Mahay Riverboat Service or activities like fishing, hiking, and golfing. Visitors can take flight-see with the Alaska Air Taxi, Bear Air, Willow Air Service, and the Hudson Air Service or take a scenic drive down Independence Mine, Hatcher Pass Road Scenic Loop, or Knik Goose Bay scenic Loop. Also trek on the Matanuska Glacier, visit a gold mine, and see the Iditarod Headquarters and ride a dog sled. |

235 West Lakeview Avenue, Wasilla, AK - From Anchorage Airport: Travel north on Glenn Hwy to the junction with the Parks Hwy. Turn left, heading west, onto the Parks Hwy and follow it to Wasilla. Turn left onto Knik-Goose Bay Road, which is an extension of Main Street. Drive two blocks to Lakeview Avenue and turn right. Alaska's Lake Lucille B&B is located on the right side of the street. |
