This new, three-story bed and breakfast has four exquisitely designed rooms featuring Jacuzzi tubs, satellite TV, and phones. Guests will wake up to the wonderful aroma of a full breakfast being served before heading out for the day's journey. After breakfast, enjoy the peaceful lake view while strolling through the gardens to get some fresh air, or simply sit in the green grass and watch nature at its best. Hop in the hot tub for a relaxing afternoon or grab a bike and make the way through town to see a wonderful Alaskan town. Guests can soak in the sun while unwinding on the outdoor sundeck or they can curl up next to the fireplace with a good book, if it is a chilly day. In the evening, relax at the lake side and watch the beautiful Alaskan sunset and drift away from all sense of normality.
Nestled on eight acres, the inn offers two elegant homes or four wonderful rooms, which guests can choose from. Each room has a TV with DVD player, satellite dish w/music, telephone, private baths with Jacuzzi/bath salts, scented candles, and private entrances. Enjoy the beautiful views of the lake while relaxing in the Jacuzzi tubs or take a long, hot shower with the massage head to unwind after a long day. Guests will feel at home in any of the enchanting rooms or the wonderful guest homes.<br><br> **This property requires a two-night minimum stay for all arrivals between 5/10/05-4/28/06 for all guest room rentals. | Area Attractions
Big Lake is a year-round recreation area with all types of fun-filled summer and winter activities. When the sun is shining brightly, and the air is warm, head outside for some biking, golfing, and hiking, or, for the more adventurous, try hang gliding. Also try boating, jet skiing, tubing, and hop in a paddle boat for some water fun. For visitors who like to relax, try bird watching or play a simple game of horseshoes or croquet. When snow is in the air, try ice fishing, cross country skiing, or take a dog sled ride for a fun afternoon. Guests can also play indoor games, relax by the fireplace, or head to the reading area with a good book in hand. There are also shops, historic sites, and parks to visit. |
