A modern resort hotel, The Four Seasons is set on a sandy beach 500 metres from the ancient city of Amathus, and eight kilometres east of Limassol. The 304 green and terracotta hued rooms open onto furnished balconies with views of Amathus or the Mediterranean Sea. Marble bathrooms include jetted tubs, rainfall showers, bathrobes and toiletries, while further room amenities include air conditioning, safes, Internet connections, minibars, satellite television, and PlayStation games consoles.
The hotel's numerous dining options include Greek-style, contemporary Chinese, seafood, and tropical themed restaurants, while several bars dotted around the premises offer drinks, light snacks and live entertainment. Guests can head for the thalassotherapy centre, where trained consultants are on hand to answer queries and recommend tailored treatments. A number of massage treatments are available, including Swiss needle showers, head and body massage, and hot stone massage. Further beauty and relaxation treatments include seaweed body masks, safe tanning, and a number of facial treatments. An adjoining relaxation room is filled with the sound of sea waves and soothing aromatherapy candles, and there is a hair salon and range of boutique shops on site. Guests can enjoy a dip in one of two outdoor pools, one of which is reserved for adults only. There is also an indoor seawater pool, a sauna and a jetted tub located next to the thalassotherapy centre and gymnasium. The hotel has two floodlit tennis courts, a diving school which is open between April and October (surcharge), and a number of water sports available on the beach. The hotel also caters well for children, with daily kindergarten, kids' and teen clubs for ages 3-19 and a video-games room with table tennis table. Nearby attractions include the medieval castle at Limassol, and the Lanitis Carob Mill Museum, with its 'Time Elevator', both eight kilometres away. Larnaca Airport is 68 kilometres from the hotel, a driving time of around 45 minutes.

From the airport take the highway going to Limassol Agios Tychon
Take an exit onto left hand side
Follow the street up to the first traffic light
The hotel is located on the opposite site. Intercity buses connect the airport with all major towns and cities in Cyprus and operate from 6.30 AM until 4 PM. Taxis are available outside the terminal. The hotel also operates a shuttle service, bookable in advance for a fee. The best way of exploring the area is by car. Bicycles are available to rent from the hotel. |
