Set in sixty-nine acres of private gardens and woodlands, the Georgian Manor House offers a tranquil setting with fantastic views across the Limpley Stoke Valley and yet is only two miles from the historic city of Bath. All hotel guests have full use of all the Leisure Club facilities including swimming pools, fully equipped gymnasium, aerobic studio offering a range of classes, tennis courts, golf driving range, and a five hole academy golf course. For the ultimate in relaxation a range of Clarins treatments are available in the Lodge treatment rooms. Rooms are available in either the Manor House, which have period features or the Garden Lodge, where the rooms have either a patio, balcony or window seat. All rooms have stunning views over the unspoilt Limpley Stoke Valley.
The hotel has a choice of two restaurants that cater for all tastes. The Eden Bistro on the ground floor offers a modern ambience with a contemporary, round-the-world menu. The Georgian Restaurant, on the first floor offers a traditional menu, with panoramic views over the Limpley Stoke valley. For a more exclusive experience private dining and personal menus can be organized.

Driving Directions
From A4 Bristol Follow the A4 from Bristol to the roundabout at Newton St Leo. Take the second exit off the roundabout following directions for Combe Down Go straight ahead at all junctions until you come to Combe Down Follow this road along for 1.5 miles and the entrance is on your right. From M4 London/Cardiff Leave the M4 at Junction 18 which is signposted A46 Bath. Follow this road for 10 miles. Exit the dual carriageway signposted Bath City Centre. This will bring you to an island, take the 3rd exit for the city. Go straight on through 4 sets of traffic lights, at the 5th set turn left,. signposted Warminster. Follow the signs to the university and American Museum, turning right at the first roundabout and then left at the next roundabout. When you reach the University , go straight pst and continue along this road for about 1.5 miles, passing Ralph ALLEN SCHOOL and the entrance is on the left hand side.
