The Hotel Hoheneck, built in the traditional Swiss style, is situated in Engelberg, 1,050 meters above sea level in the Swiss Alps, and 120 kilometers from Zurich. Driving Directions
The airport has a Swiss Federal Railways Station located under Terminal B, with trains to central Zurich. From there a train goes to Lucerne where you can change for a connection to Engelberg.
Driving directions: From the airport, join Flughafenstrasse then bear left onto Borddienststrasse. Turn right onto Butzenbüelstrasse then take the second exit onto Werftstrasse at the roundabout. At the next roundabout take the first exit onto Balz-Zimmermann- Strasse Turn right onto Schaffhauserstrasse and take the first exit at the roundabout. Join the A51 for Opfikon. Continue forward onto the A1 then join the E41 motorway. Continue forward onto the A3 until it merges with the A2. Leave the A2 at junction 33, then and follow signposts through Grafenort to Engelberg. |
