The Hotel Ambassador & Spa is a modern high-rise, with stylish interiors, set in a peaceful location next to the Aare River, one kilometre from the old town. The 97 minimalist guestrooms feature contemporary decor and look out onto the old town or the Gurten Mountain. Driving Directions
A taxi from the airport will cost approximately 250 CHF. Alternatively, trains run from terminal A and B twice an hour to the main station in Bern; one kilometre from the hotel. From here the tramline nine runs to Schonegg; the hotel's tram stop. Bern is a very compact city and is easily navigable by foot or bicycle. Efficient tram, bus and taxi services are easily accessible.
Driving directions: From the airport take the Zurich-Bern motorway. Once in Bern, take the Bumpliz/Koniz Exit and travel in the direction of Bern Flughafen (Bern Airport). The hotel is on the left of Seftigenstrasse. |
